Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING, PAYMENT & DELIVERY

1) All products will ship from our warehouse in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

 

2) For International Buyers- Please Note:

a. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

b. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

 

3) Package handling only takes 1 business day at our warehouse, so please make sure entering correct payment and shipping information before checking out. Please contact us via email if you want to change shipping address.

 

4) Ship within 1 business day once payment completed. Notification of shipment with tracking No. will be sent to buyer.

 

We accept Paypal, major credit cards, debit card & offline payment (bank transfer). Please note that offline payment (bank transfer) is available for Malaysian only.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns:

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

1) You acknowledge that all Goods purchased under these Terms are intended for personal non-commercial use only and will not be re-sold, or for commercial use.

 

2) Daionica® will not be liable to you for loss you or any third party suffers for a delay or failure to process your order or deliver Goods due to inaccurate or incomplete details provided in an Order.

 

3) You agree to obtain consent to provide Daionica® with Personal Information of recipients Goods Ordered by you.

 

4) You may Order from Daionica® if you are aged 16 years or over, and have an active email account or a telephone number at which you can be contacted.

 

5) If you place consecutive or separate Orders, we cannot consolidate your Orders. A separate Delivery Fee, if applicable, will apply to each Order.

 

6) Daionica® reserves the right to accept or reject your Order for any reason at any time. If Daionica® rejects your Order you will receive a refund of any money paid.
